Privacy Policy

WebGuard AI collects the minimum personal data needed to deliver assessment reports: name, work email, mobile number, company, and website. We do not sell personal data.

Report-processing consent is required to generate a report; marketing consent is optional and never a condition of download.

Lead data is retained for up to 12 months and scan data for up to 30 days, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting privacy@webguard.local.

We never expose personal details in report URLs, scan logs, or analytics. Download links are short-lived, signed tokens unrelated to database identifiers.
